Hi!

In this short article I would like to show: "How to survive 8 hours + against the personal computer".

First of all I would like to inform You that I'm computer addict that spent countless hours playing computer games, watching porn and making websites. However I'm not a pro, full-hour IT worker!


Human Body


In geneal spending a lot of time against PC have a negative impact on human body that evolved... The pain in eyes, back, feets and hands could result in a headache - that's how I've learned to prevent the "bad" effects.

Eyes

Eye drops are first defense line. Nowadays I'm using eyeglasses. I'm also playing with a brightness a lot. My work room is usually darkened and I'm adding brightness only when the days are very suuny. However a good behavior to learn is to keep an work room lightbubbles switch-on!

Back

Spending a lot of time with a machine is a bit unnatural behavior and it has effect on my psychique too. I've an bicycle too so I ride it whenever I need to watch something. Eventually the very best is swimming. There is also an yoga mate and weight bar in my room so whenever I'm too lazy to ride to a swimming pool - I'm using it! Finally there is a misleading pain of a back - You've to do a lot of stomach exercises (sic!) to prevent the pain in the back.
